All kinds of music, poetry, and comedy are welcome, and slots will be first come first served. There will be sign-ups on sight, or you're welcome to message Lara on Facebook if you want to make sure you're on the list! People can share anywhere between one and four songs (depending on how many people are signed up to perform). Tips are encouraged!
Joey Collins and Boomerang Sky at Oran Mor PDX

Boomerang Sky is an eclectic storm of rhythmic persuasion, playful insight, and cheeky silliness. Centered on the creative expressions of multi-media artist Jo Plicata, the project is a constantly morphing presentation of earthly delights. Be it visual displays, sonic tapestries, or what have you, Boomerang Sky is sure to make you consider why you take life so seriously.
Born in New York State and transplanted to Portland, singer-songwriter Joey Collins brings an infectious live energy and passionate performance to the stage. Displaying his love for improvisation and musical exploration with spontaneous jams and ear-catching original songs at every live show. Joey blends flavors from Blues, Jazz, Country, Rock, and pop with thoughtful lyrics and a unique vocal style to make his own sound.

Come catch this fantastic Jazz Duo as they combine skill, talent, and voice to bring both original and classic jazz pieces to life.
Soleia, (Singer, Songstress) brings her world to you via the magic of musical storytelling. Drawing from the deep wells of blues, jazz, and soulful RnB, the Portland-based artist paints a space in the soundscape for the truth seekers and the lovers. Soleia explores themes of spiritual rebirth, divine femininity, and the tangles of love and relationships. Accompanied by Nathan Lev, an accomplished guitarist, composer, and producer, the pair have been praised for their ‘ethereal grit’. Together, they create an undeniable dreamy atmosphere for the listener to get lost in. The duo is preparing for the release of a collection of songs that dives even deeper into Soleia’s signature celestial bluesy sound.

Epiphany - Songs to Serenade the Soul at Oran Mor PDX

These two songstresses have been singing together for over five years; their unique sound is in the “medicine folk” genre and includes splashes of sound healing with instruments such as handspan and harp, in addition to guitar, baritone ukulele, and hand percussion. Hobbit's Tea and Mead Club Pickup Party at Oran Mor PDX

Once upon a soon, the Shire celebrates the summer solstice with mead and tea and revelry into the night. Well, until 9pm anyway.
We will be pairing internationally award-winning mead with food fit for a feast of dwarves!
We will start with a Hobbit-style tea party at around 3pm and meander through the evening till bout 9pm.
Throughout the afternoon, guests will have the chance to enjoy live music, participate in games inspired by and loved by the folk of Middle-earth, or compete in the costume contest. One might even receive a quest from a wizard for an immersive scavenger hunt through parts of the surrounding Sellwood District- a small there and back again for those who dare.
Members of the Óran Mór Meadery Club will receive special discounts and exclusive event-specific offerings.

Join us as we gather to unearth the mysteries of the Emberheart Guild. Dungeon Masters will guide you through a series of mini quests, as our clever and intriguing NPCs help to move the story along. This interactive and game-filled evening will have you laughing, world building, and making new connections as you hop station-to-station, solving puzzles and working collaboratively to resolve our story.

Remedy Tree is a Florida-based Americana band rooted in bluegrass, old-time, and folk traditions. Founded in 2015 by Gabriel and Abigail Acevedo, the group blends Gabriel’s unique perspective—born in Puerto Rico and raised in rural Florida—with Abigail’s deep old-time background. Together with Nathan Beaumont on mandolin and Isaac Taylor on banjo, they create original music that feels both timeless and fresh. Since signing with Mountain Fever Records in 2024, Remedy Tree has performed at Ireland, England, and all over the Eastern US, sharing stages with notable acts such as Peter Rowan, The Infamous Stringdusters, Sister Sadie, Ricky Skaggs, and The Steeldrivers. Their 2025 album Beyond What I Can See continues to gain momentum as they headline The Forest Tour in the Summer of 2026. A growing force in Americana music—deep roots, new ground.

Crafty Thursdays

Common Thread Thursdays at Oran Mor PDX

Are you into fiber arts? How about building community with other crafters? Do you need help getting started with fiber crafts or mending? Come on by Oran Mor for Common Thread Thursdays!
Along with space to work on fiber arts with like minded people, we will also have:
- A selection of upcycled crocheted, and curated clothing, with a theme of whimsy and fantasy, both subtle and flashy, with prices ranging from $5-$100.
- A visible mending station with patches and thread. Thread and patches alone are $3-5. To have our host sew them on, or to fix an existing seem is $10-20.
- A variety of craft instruction books, priced $6-40.
- A mail station, with "draw your own" postcards ($5), and small cards with envelopes ($3), both with postage included.
Noon - 9pm
Come by and bring a craft you're working on for Crafty Thursdays! Sometimes getting your project out of your house can be just the thing to motivate you, and it just feels nice to craft around other crafters. We can't wait to see what you're working on! If you don't have a project, we'll have some basic art supplies and paper and coloring sheets to share!
